Chaoyang District will host richer fashion releases and conference & exhibition events, to create more diversified fashion consumption scenes, promote fashion concepts, establish fashion brands, and stimulate fashion consumption. It focuses on building a new pinnacle for fashion culture, a fresh foundation for the fashion industry, a novel frontier for fashion consumption, and an updated realm for fashionable living, aiming to construct the most vibrant and innovative international fashion district comprehensively.

Beijing CBD Forum
The Beijing CBD Forum was officially launched in 2000. After 23 years of exploration and practice, it has become an important platform that connects global resources, gathers global wisdom, and deepens international cooperation. It has played a crucial role in elevating the impact, competitiveness, and outreach of the capital, Beijing.
CBD Coffee Festival
The CBD Coffee Festival is a feast showcasing CBD coffee culture and an event that demonstrates the open and dynamic image of the CBD, drives consumption, and supports Beijing in building itself as an international consumption center city and Chaoyang in developing into “a district of coffee”.


Beijing Chaoyang International Tea Culture Festival
The First Beijing Chaoyang International Tea Culture Festival kicked off, featuring numerous “Tea+” activities at the Junwangfu Hotel and along the Liangma River in Beijing, extending Chaoyang’s invitation of “sharing a cup of fine Chinese tea” to the world. By organizing panoramic and immersive activities such as tea ware exhibitions, tea tasting activities, performances of Chinese folk art forms, and themed markets, the festival built a platform for display, promotion, cooperation, communication, and industry development promotion. With “tea as a medium”, the festival was intended to provide more foreign friends, citizens, and tourists with a close-up experience of the Chaoyang tea culture, allowing them to savor the aroma and charm of tea together, and contribute to the promotion and exchange of Chinese tea culture internationally.
2023 Beijing Chaoyang International Light Festival
The 2023 Beijing Chaoyang International Light Festival was centered around the theme “Amazing Chaoyang”, using light and shadow as a medium and art as the backdrop. With Sanlitun Road, Liangma River, and Chaoyang Park as the core, the festival linked multiple areas, including CBD, SOLANA, Dawangjing, and Tonghui River. Through the “Five-light Scenes” and “Ten-color Activities”, it told the stories of Chaoyang and showcased to the world a vibrant Chaoyang District with tourism-friendly, learning-friendly, business-friendly, career-friendly and living-friendly.

128 Jingxiang Street Catering Block
The 128 Jingxiang Street quality commercial block is located in the southeast corner of the China World Trade Center. The renovation project covers an area starting from the western end of the annex building of the tower of Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd. to the outer wall of the Nanlang Jiayuan residential complex, which sits at the eastern end of the Ruisai Business Building. The street is 200 meters long, with a total building area of 14,000 square meters. The renovation will be carried out in two phases. Despite being just a 200-meter “small street”, the block exudes tremendous value and significance.
17 Street of China Central Place
The 17 Street of China Central Place is a distinctive catering block in Beijing’s CBD, renowned for its late-night catering. It features “delicacies, bistros, and gatherings of conviviality”, bringing together nine small and beautiful specialty bistros. Each bistro operates until midnight, providing new leisure and entertainment scenes for the business community.

THE BOX
THE BOX Youth Energy Center prioritizes Curated Retail, with a large number of art exhibitions, trendy events, and fashion pop-ups held in rotation to fill the mall space, thus diminishing the commercial presence. Within its shopping mall, 60% of the leasable area is dedicated to permanent stores, while the remaining 40% is entirely space for curation. The atrium of the shopping mall is opened up, across multiple floors, creating a massive curation space of 3,000 square meters.
