Conditions of acceptance: Qualification check is required: Families purchasing a house must provide valid identity document, household registration and marriage documents.
List of documents:
1. Chinese and foreign natural persons Passport and identity document
2. Original and photocopy of marriage registration documents
3. Original notary certificate of translation of the above documents (Note: 3.1 The purchaser needs to register for temporary accommodation before applying for verification of eligibility to purchase; 3.2 You need to bring the foreign-related security approval form when applying for the online visa)
Material requirements: Application materials for foreigners should be in Chinese characters, and application materials in foreign languages should also be submitted with Chinese translations.


Conditions for acceptance: The declaration materials are complete and meet the specific requirements for validity, compliance, licensing restrictions and the object of approval.

1. Housing lease contract (original for inspection only) (applicant's own, paper copy) (1 original, 1 copy)
2. Notary certificate of passport, identity document and translation for foreign natural persons (one original copy for inspection only, one copy)
3. Certificate of ownership of the house (issued by government department, paper copy) (1 original copy for inspection only, 1 copy)
4. Other co-owners' consent to the rental (a separate document is required for the rental of a shared house) (applicant to prepare, paper) (1 original, 1 copy)
5. Authorization document (for renting a house entrusted to the escrow agent) (prepared by the applicant, on paper) (1 copy of the original)
6. Sub-letting documents (sub-letting housing need to provide) (the applicant to provide, paper) (original 1 copy, copy 1)
7. Foreign-related information materials (tenant for foreign (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) units or individuals also need to provide) (applicant's own, paper) (original 1 copy, copy 1)
8. The army real estate rental license (leasing army property need to provide separately) (intermediaries or statutory bodies generated, paper) (original 1 copy of the original for inspection only, a copy)
9. Business license (enterprises should provide) (issued by government departments, paper) (1 copy of the original)
Material requirements:
Copies of the original identity cards of both parties; if entrusted to others, the original power of attorney and a copy of the identity document of the entrustee should be provided; if there is no house ownership certificate, relevant materials on the source of the house should be provided; if the shared house is rented out, materials on the consent of the other co-owners to rent out should be submitted; if the house is rented out and entrusted to the escrow agent, the power of attorney authorizing the renting out should be submitted; if the house is sublet, the owner of the house should be submitted; if the lessee is an overseas unit or individual (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), the lessor must also submit a copy of the foreign-related information issued by the national security administration; if the military property is leased, the lessor must also provide a copy of the "Military Real Estate Lease Permit" issued by the military real estate administration.
