Introduction to Atlantic City Community

The Atlantic City Community covers an area of 0.42 square kilometres and is in the middle of the Wangjing area. It borders Guangshun North Street in the east, Futong West Street in the south, Nanhu South Road in the west and Huguang Middle Street in the north. The community is under closed management and has 67 residential buildings, more than 5,100 households, and over 12,000 residents, of which over 1,000 are foreigners.
It has more than 300 community units such as the Beijing Normal University Sanfan Middle School, the Beijing Normal University Experimental Kindergarten, Hualian Shopping Centre, CapitaLand Mall, Ganglv Building, Futai Centre, Fuma Building, etc. 
The community establishes a "five-party joint meeting" autonomous management model of Party committee, neighborhood committee, service station, owners committee, and community unit with 18 staff members of the two committees and one station to create an international harmonious community.

Wangjingyuan Community is in the third section of Wangjingyuan, starting from Wangjing Inner Ring Road in the north to Guangshun South Street in the south; from Futong West Street in the west to Futong East Street in the east. 1.Internationalization of community environment. The architectural concept of Upper East Side comes from the Upper East Side of New York in the United States. The community displays the architectural styles of New York, Spain, Denmark, Australia and other places created by a team of architects from many countries.
