    The completion of the Chaoyang Station Transportation Hub will provide multiple options for transfer The northern part of the Chaoyang Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub is a three-dimensional bus parking building, with the ground used for bus parking and underground for taxis and online ride-hailing. The core area of the Hub is a transfer hall of steel structure, with the southern part designed as the taxi entrance area.     Rendering of Chaoyang Station Transportation Hub after Completion   After its completion, the Chaoyang Station Transportation Hub will be connected to two rail transit lines: Metro Line 3 under construction and R4 line in long-term planning, providing citizens with multiple options for transfer, such as railways, metros, buses, and taxis.     BMEEB communique indicates rich biodiversity, dropping carbon emissions in Beijing

    A recently released communique by Beijing Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau (BMEEB) indicated that in 2020, 82 species of natural and semi-natural ecosystems, including forests, scrublands, brushlands, meadows and grasslands, and wetlands, were recorded in Beijing based on field survey. A total of 5,086 species in Beijing were recorded, and 70 new species were found during this field survey, of which 12 were species newly registered in China. According to the communique, Beijing's complex topography possesses diverse habitat types and rich biodiversity, and plays a vital role in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological landscape. Rich and diverse ecosystems provide the premise for biodiversity. The communique indicated that Beijing's air and surface water quality improved significantly in 2020.
