Following the theme "Openness Gathers Strength: Building a Better Future Together—CBD’s Exploration of the Chinese Path to Modernization," the 2023 Beijing CBD Forum will focus on openness, science & technology, and digitization, and organize exchanges on the construction of the Belt and Road and Two Zones, green and low-carbon development, and other topics. A signing ceremony for strategic cooperation will be held during the forum. Meanwhile, a series of significant documents or plans will be released, including Guidelines on  Upgrading Industry and Driving High-quality Economic Development, a plan for multiplying headquarters in CBD , and the planning and development vision of Jinzhan International Cooperation Service Zone.
