The Jingmi Expressway project, as a critical project in Beijing, has been fully resumed now. Currently, 70% of the traffic guidance facilities in the mainline overpass operation area of Jingmi Expressway have been completed. The construction of bridge piers and superstructure is underway. Once completed and opened to traffic, Jingmi Road will transform into an urban expressway. By providing a parallel transportation system both on the bridge and on the ground, the expressway is expected to reduce traffic congestion effectively.
