With the consumer potential activated, Beijing Capital Group’s Langyuan Station has been recognized as the first new consumer brand incubation base in Chaoyang District and

one among the first batch of bases in Beijing, where more local brands with international style are being nurtured.

through the heart of the Beijing Capital Group’s Langyuan Station

and built around the tracks

is the new Central Station

According to the plan, in the first phase of the Central Station Cultural Center, a 10,000-square-meter urban public arts and cultural center will be built, with a cool warehouse showground, theater and reading space for performances, catwalks and live streaming. In the second phase of the Central Station Cultural Center, a 20,000-square-meter station cultural space will be created and experiential and curated cultural businesses will be introduced.

In addition, a recreational area along the Ba River is also under construction and a night-time economic zone along the Ba River will be created.

A relevant person in charge of the park introduced that

with the geographical advantage of being adjacent to the fourth embassy district

the park will serve the international exchanges function of the capital

and develop cultural consumption, first-store economy,

night-time economy, drive the clustering of culture, design, fashion, and other industries 

and become a new-generation ecological cultural trend landmark in Beijing
