It’s a framework established based on the Legislative Affairs Commission of the National People’s Congress (NPC) Standing Committee and the primary-level legislative outreach offices of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Chaoyang District.

Focusing on the international sci-tech organization clusters, Chaoyang District creates the international sci-tech lounge that integrates international scientific research exchanges, new technology releases, and cutting-edge technology applications relying on the sci-tech related industrial parks and exhibition halls within the district.

Anchored at the eastern end of Chang’an Avenue, with the Beijing CBD at its heart, this stretch commands a panoramic convergence of three landmark clusters—China World, EPIKA, and Guanghua. It is the city’s premier stage for international exhibitions, fashion showcases and business forums, hosting roughly 90% of Beijing’s international trade fairs and half of its global conferences each year.
