The International Ecological Lounge leverages Chaoyang District’s expansive green framework—urban parks, suburban parks and open landscapes—to integrate sports hubs, ecological lounges and sci-tech farms. It’s a framework established based on the Legislative Affairs Commission of the National People’s Congress (NPC) Standing Committee and the primary-level legislative outreach offices of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Chaoyang District.
