accounting for 31.3% of the city's total,

with foreign investment utilized of USD 6.31 billion

accounting for 37.2% of the city's total

and contractual foreign investment of USD 3.55 billion

Construction of the "Two Zones" provides great opportunities and prospect

for the high-quality development of Chaoyang.

With the construction of "Two Zones",

foreign-funded projects have been rolled out in Chaoyang.

By far,

there have been 754 construction projects in the "Two Zones", among which 179 are foreign-funded, accounting for 23.74% of all projects in Chaoyang. 514 projects have been implemented, among which 131 are foreign-funded, accounting for 25.5% with a project implementation rate of 68.2%. Besides, 240 projects are being planned, of which 48 are foreign-funded, accounting for 20%.
