The first pilot project for public space area improvement in Beijing

Based on the idea of "area planning leads spatial design", the Chaowai Street Block Renewal Project aims to realize the upgrading of the whole area from individual sections, thus building a Unique Beijing UIC — Urban Innovation Center.

The first commercial space, namely THE BOX, will be unveiled.

THE BOX Chaowai | Youth Center

As the first commercial space in the UIC,

THE BOX covers an area of over 100,000 square meters.

Consisting of two buildings, namely Block A and Block B of THE BOX Chaowai Youth Center,

it is a destination for consumers that integrates

culture, art, entertainment, and leisure with sports.

Exhibition Culture creates a strong artistic atmosphere.

The deep integration of culture and art

Chaowai Street will be a center for urban art painting,

large outdoor art installations,

art exhibitions, and interactive art performances.

Working with pioneering teams of young artists in China, the Project brings together young art elites to provide more interactive thinking possibilities and more immersive art experiences.
