No.1 Ya’ao Business Area

DT51 Project

Located on Beiyuan Road, Datun Sub-district, Chaoyang District, DT51, a shopping mall with a construction area of 81,500 square meters, is a pilot project of Beijing SKP to transform a green belt in the sub-district. DT51 was officially opened on January 6, 2023 with more than 200 selected brands settling in. In the future, DT51 will introduce more high-quality first stores and new brands, effectively contributing to the upgrading of the north of Beijing and creating a high-quality fashion life destination in north Beijing.

Project introduction: The project is located at No.12 Chaoyangmen Outer Street, Chaoyang District, with a total construction area of more than 40,000 square meters. Positioned as a “Life Aesthetics Block”, it aims to realize the long-term planning of building an urban vitality innovation center in Beijing, to promote the overall transformation and upgrading of the sub-district, and to create a landmark youth center in Beijing serving Generation Z.

Jingxiang Street Commercial Building Upgrading Project

Project introduction: Located in Jingxiang Street, Jianwai Sub-district, Chaoyang District, the upgrading project ranges from the west end of the attached building of AVIC Plaza on Jingxiang Street to the outer wall of Nanlang Jiayuan Residential Community at the east end of Ruisai Commercial Building, with a street length of 200 meters and a construction area of 14,000 square meters. The transformation and upgrading project aims to create a digital and experiential commercial block in the China World Trade Center area and build a street for “Michelin and Black Pearl Restaurants” with Chinese cultural characteristics by introducing fashionable catering with traditional Chinese culture. It will creat a new retail model and promote the consumption of green food. Meanwhile, the digital “Night Capital” business area will be developed to create a consumption environment for the nighttime economy with the integration of “commerce, tourism, culture, and sports” and improve the consumption quality of the nighttime economy.

 

No.4 Wangjing Business Area

Poly International Plaza Project

Project introduction: Located in Laiguangying Township, Chaoyang District, the renovation of old shopping malls, with a construction area of about 120,000 square meters, aims to facilitate the renewal of the city. Based on the urban renewal policy of Beijing, the renovation will be carried out in combination with regional characteristics and needs to create a dynamic urban development complex integrating office, business, art, and technology.

 

No.5 Wangjing Business Area

Donghu Liubaiben Business Street Project

Project introduction: The project is located in the north of Wangjing Sub-district, starting from Guangshun North Street in the east, facing East Lake Residential Community and Shangjing Xinhangxian Residential Community in the west, and connecting Beixiaohe Road in the south and Wangjing Outer Ring Road in the north. The project is divided into north and south areas by Lize Road. The construction area is 700 meters long from north to south and 70 meters wide from east to west. With a total construction area of more than 40,000 square meters in the south area and more than 50,000 square meters in the north area, it will be renamed East Lake · Ode to Joy after the renovation.
