Project introduction: In addition to preserving a single building of the football field on the ground, the other areas of the “New Workers’ Stadium” project will be built into an urban park covering an area of about 100,000 square meters and a lake area of 30,000 square meters. Meanwhile, the renovation project will add a characteristic commercial space of nearly 200,000 square meters. Based on the principles of integrated space, operation, and experience, it will create a model of urban renewal and realize the integration of business forms and space shaping in the field and off-field, above-ground and underground, the area around the lake, and the Sanlitun area.

Project introduction: The project is located in the south Sanlitun area of Chaoyang District, with a total renovation scale of about 30,000 square meters and a total investment of about RMB 400 million. Focusing on the physical commercial consumption space, new consumption models, and new business scenarios, it plans to create the city’s first “Topwin Center Metaverse Commercial Complex Project” integrating fashion trends, first-store brands, innovative business models, and online & offline technology consumption experience.

Dongba Wanda Plaza Project

Project introduction: Located in the Dongba area of Chaoyang District, with a total construction area of 234,000 square meters, including a commercial building area of 181,800 square meters, the project is a new-generation Wanda Plaza created by Wanda Commercial Management Group. It is an innovative life experience center integrating science & technology, healthcare, entertainment, pets, food, and shopping, which will be built into a reception room for exquisite courtyard life with a completely open commercial structure.

Laitai AT9 Project

Project introduction: The project is located at No.9 Maizidian West Road, Chaoyang District, with a construction scale of 47,000 square meters. Following the concept of “inheritance, innovation, and integration”, the upgrading project will reshape a stylish and international new “Laitai AT9” urban cultural living space, greatly improving the commercial facilities in the Third Embassy Zone.

No.10 Beiyuan Road Business Area

Longfor's Paradise Walk Beiyuan Project

Project introduction: Located at Beiyuan Station of Metro Line 13, Laiguangying Township, the shopping mall covers an area of 100,000 square meters, including one floor underground and six floors above the ground. Positioned as an urban ideal life center, the project plans to introduce nearly 260 brands, creating a regional ideal life in all business forms and all periods. The project will be the eighth Paradise Walk shopping mall in Beijing built by Longfor Group Holdings Limited.
