Located in the China World Trade Center near the East 3rd Ring Road, Jingxiang Street is in the Jianwai Sub-district of Chaoyang District, next to the CBD core area. At present, the renovation of Jingxiang Street is underway. According to the project leader, the renovation area of Jingxiang Street is about 200 meters long. It starts from the west end of the attached building of AVIC headquarters and ends at the outer wall of Nanlang Home at the east end of the Ruisai Business Building, with a construction area of 14,000 square meters. After the renovation, Jingxiang Street will introduce 12 to 15 high-quality catering brands.

According to the statistics of Report on China Fine Dining Industry 2023 released by Meituan, consumption of exquisite food and beverage is becoming popular year by year with Chaoyang District accounting for 80% among the top 5 business districts in Beijing. These restaurants are mainly located around Liangmaqiao, Sanyuanqiao, Beijing World Trade Center, Jianwai Sub-district, Sanlitun, Beijing Workers' Stadium, and Dawang Road. The number of fine dining restaurants in Chaoyang District is also increasing. As of February 2023, the number of fine dining restaurants in Chaoyang District has reached 410, ranking first among all districts in Beijing.

In the future, Chaoyang District will play the role of brand demonstration and leading foreign hotels such as Four Seasons Hotel and Ritz-Carlton Hotel and encourage them to open branches with their international cuisine in characteristic business districts. At the same time, it will exert its resource advantages of embassies, consulates, and international organizations to launch international cuisine. Chaoyang District will also promote the settlement of the first stores of well-known food brands at home and abroad, start the construction of Chaoyang Food's IP, select several "Chaoyang Food" brands recognized by the market and loved by consumers, and launch a consumption map of Chaoyang Food.
