China Commercial Real Estate has announced that 14 new shopping malls will be constructed in Beijing during the second half of this year, resulting in an extra commercial building space of 2.4258 million square meters.

Judging from the distribution and proportion of the commercial projects in Beijing, there are two projects with a scale of 20,000 to 50,000 square meters, namely Scitech More and Shuangqiao No.2; Five projects with an area of 50,000 to 100,000 square meters, namely Beijing Huayuan Hua Center (The Central), POLPAS Mall, Beijing Wangfujing Xiyue Shopping Mall, CIFI House, and Emerald Park In Street; Two projects with an area of 100,000 to 150,000 square meters, namely Beijing Longfor Beiyuan Paradise Walk and Beijing Lin'ao CITY PARK Shopping Center; Five projects with an area of more than 150,000 square meters, namely Beijing Xibeiwang Mixc One, Beijing Dongba Wanda Plaza, Wangfujing Outlets UP TOWN, Beijing Wukesong Wanda Plaza, and Beijing Super Hopson One.
