Renovation of Ode to Joy of Donghu Sub-district Completed, Adding a New Business Landmark along Metro Line 14
As one of the important commercial nodes at the northern end of Metro Line 14, Ode to Joy Commercial Street in Donghu Sub-district, formerly known as the "Liubaiben" Commercial Street has recently completed its renovation and passed the project acceptance. It will be built into a vibrant urban development complex integrating office and commerce by upgrading business models and developing high-end businesses.
Focusing on the construction of the main bearing area for the international consumption center city, Chaoyang District has accelerated the construction of a commercial layout featuring "one vertical, one horizontal, and one core" and covering the whole region with landmark business districts such as CBD and Sanlitun as the nodes and Liangma River and Metro Line 14 as the links.
Located on Guangshun North Street and at Exit D of Donghuqu Station of Metro Line 14, Ode to Joy is divided into northern and southern areas, with a total length of 600 meters. It is one of the ten commercial complexes built in Chaoyang District this year. Ode to Joy is surrounded by four trunk roads, namely the Fourth Ring Road, Fifth Ring Road, Beijing-Miyun Expressway, and Beijing-Chengde Expressway. It takes 20 minutes from Ode to Joy to Beijing Capital International Airport and China World Trade Center, indicating convenient transportation.
As the Beijing Digital Human Base, Chaoyang District has attracted a number of high-quality digital human enterprises and projects. At present, the southern area of Ode to Joy has also been renovated and is currently undergoing investment promotion. In the future, it will be built into a new business landmark along Metro Line 14.
