The public space located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Guanzhuang Road and Chaoyang Road's side road has been completed.

The residents now have another small park right near their residences.

The park is designed with leisure, fitness, and greening functions,

truly realizing the concept of "park just outside the home".

2,100-square-meter multifunctional park

The renovated public space covers an area of approximately 2,100 square meters. Although the space is not large, it is rich in functionality. It not only adds leisure seating and sunshades for residents to rest, but also provides greening lawns, artistic walls, and other environmental beautification facilities.

To facilitate walking for the elderly, the park has also used colored water-permeable concrete pavement for footpaths. This environmentally friendly paving material enhances the park’s aesthetics and features slip resistance during rainy days. Besides, eight garden lamps and 58 small ground lights have been installed in the park. Facilities such as trash bins and fire extinguishing equipment have also been provided, enhancing convenience and safety.
