On the recently announced
2023 Beijing Municipal-level Cultural Industry Park List,
39 parks are in Chaoyang District,
making Chaoyang District the top in the city.
A total of 105 parks across Beijing are on the list, including 10 municipal-level cultural industry demonstration parks, 10 municipal-level cultural industry demonstration parks (nominated), and 85 municipal-level cultural industry parks. Among them, 39 are in Chaoyang District, making Chaoyang District the top in Beijing.

Chaoyang District Shows Potential to Become a New Highland for Cultural Industry Development in Beijing
The selected parks in Chaoyang District account for 37% of the city's total. With an increase of 6 parks compared to last year, the proportion was three percentage points higher than last year. A total of 21 parks from the core area of the National Cultural Industry Innovation Pilot Zone are on the list, accounting for 54% of the district's total, highlighting the new achievements in developing cultural industry parks in Chaoyang District.

Aims to Build a "Test Field" for Innovative Development of National Policy
As a "test field" for the innovative development of the cultural industry, in recent years, the National Cultural Industry Innovation Pilot Zone has successively introduced and actively implemented "15 Policies," "50 Policies," and "30 Policies." It has established a special guidance fund of RMB 150 million for the cultural industry, aiming to support park branding, development model innovation, and public service system improvement and promote the high-quality development of parks.

New Business Forms and New Consumption Unleash New Momentum
In 2023, Chaoyang District actively promoted the development of the new AIGC industry. It issued and implemented the Chaoyang District Work Plan for Building an International First-Class Film and Television Production Base (2023-2025). Its achievements in upgrading the regional cultural industry are remarkable, accelerating the clustering of leading enterprises with new cultural business forms, such as iQiyi, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and Bilibili. Its digital cultural industry shows strong development momentum, accounting for 40.0% of the district's economy. Its cultural, sports, and entertainment industry scale remains the largest in Beijing, with the total income of cultural enterprises above the designated size in the district exceeding RMB 300 billion.
