Relying on world-class venues and supporting facilities such as the National Stadium (Bird's Nest), the National Indoor Stadium, and Beijing Workers' Stadium, Chaoyang District will attract concerts of internationally renowned artist groups to settle here as their first stop in Asia and China.
Optimize performing arts space
Chaoyang District will focus on the construction of the Sanlitun-Liangma River International Cultural Performing Arts Zone. At the same time, it will upgrade four performing arts vitality zones: Olympic Games, CBD, Wangjing-Jiuxianqiao, and the southern area, so as to build a performing arts space pattern with "one core and multiple clusters".
