Beijing Water Authority and Beijing Meteorological Service released an orange warning of flash flood alert at 10:00 on August 10. It is expected that from 20:00 on August 11 to 20:00 on August 13, there is a high possibility of flash flood disasters in Fangshan District, Mentougou District, and Pinggu District of Beijing (red risk), and a high possibility of flash floods in other mountainous areas (orange risk). The public is advised to stay away from flood channels, suspend outdoor activities in mountainous areas and by water, and take precautions.
