Situated in eastern Beijing, Chaoyang District is the largest and the most populous urban area in Beijing, covering a total area of 470.8 square kilometres. Administering 24 subdistricts, 19 townships (466 communities and 144 villages altogether), it has a permanent population of 3.452 million.Chaoyang has become an economic powerhouse and a significant window for foreign trade in Beijing.

In recent years, Chaoyang District has seen an increasing number of volunteers and colorful volunteering activities. More volunteers can be seen whether in major sports events, epidemic prevention and control, or in the streets, communities and parks, adding a brilliant color to the city.

With the continuous improvement of the internationalization degree of Chaoyang District, the number of diplomatic, sports and cultural activities held in Chaoyang District is also increasing. More and more foreigners come to Chaoyang, work in Chaoyang and live in Chaoyang. Therefore, there’s a growing demand for foreign language voluntary service in Chaoyang District. We are recruiting volunteers who can speak English (regardless of nationality).
