    Beijing Rolls out Measures to Promote Human Resources Service Industry

    The Beijing municipal government has introduced 17 measures to promote the high-quality development of the human resources service industry in the Chinese capital. The measures aim to promote the transformation and modernization of the human resources service industry, and facilitate the listing of human resources service enterprises on the Beijing Stock Exchange. Eligible enterprises can receive a subsidy of no more than RMB 3 million (about USD 445,500) as listing funds, according to the municipal bureau of human resources and social security. The city also plans to build 5 to 10 state and municipal-level human resources service industrial parks by 2025.     More Than a Hundred Landmark Projects and Platforms Land in Beijing

    Since the construction of the Integrated National Demonstration Zone for Increased Opening in the Service Sector and the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone (“Two Zones”) was launched over a year ago, Beijing has introduced more than a hundred pioneering and ground-breaking policies. More than 110 landmark projects and functional platforms have landed in the city, with 10 best practice examples for all parts of the country to learn from. Beijing central business district (Beijing CBD) grasped the opportunity and established the B&R·RCEP Innovation Service Center at Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, to provide enterprises with one-stop services and favorable policies.     Chaoyang Makes New Achievements in Construction of “Two Zones”

    In 2021, nearly 38,300 enterprises were newly established in Chaoyang District, accounting for 16.1% of Beijing’s newly founded enterprises, ranking first in the whole city; a total of 721 foreign-funded enterprises were newly established, up by 45.7% year on year (YoY), accounting for 37.5% of the city’s increment; the foreign investment in actual use amounted to USD 5.11 billion, up by 10.5% YoY, accounting for 32.8% of the city’s total amount; the contractual foreign investment reached USD 18.44 billion, up by 200.6% YoY.
