Six years ago, Beijing, China, officially won the right to host the 2022 Winter Olympics. Beijing will make history, becoming the first city to host both the Summer Olympics and the Winter Olympics. Now, Beijing and Hebei have created first-class venues together.

Diversified Living & Cultural Space at Wangjing Walk

On the night of April 12, the "Things of Spring" activity was kicked off in the Wangjing Walk and several key projects to be constructed there this year were proposed and announced on set. The planned projects included "Crossover IP Art Alliance", "University-Enterprise Discovery of Art-DNA Communities" and "Artist in Residence", etc., dedicated to providing a real spellbound and diversified living & cultural space. 

Beijing's basic pension insurance expanding to cover eligible permanent foreign residents

Starting October 1, 2021, Beijing's basic pension insurance will be available to individuals possessing a Foreigner's Permanent Residence Card or Residence Card for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents.

Along with Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau, Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently announced that Beijing's basic pension insurance will be available to unemployed Beijing residents between 16 and 60 years old (excluding students), who possess a valid Foreigner's Permanent Residence Card or Residence Card for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents.

"Art Has No Boundaries" Exhibition Opens in Beijing

An exhibition aimed at helping children understand the potential and benefits of mixing art and technology opened in Beijing's Today Art Museum.  

The organizers of the exhibition - titled "Art has NO Boundaries" or ANOBO - have created an immersive art and tech space for children.  

The exhibition is divided into four sections, including air, land, sea and planet. With the theme "One World," art works are created based on ecological environment.
