Beijing Through Foreigners’ Lens, a featured column on the official web portal of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality (english.beijing.gov.cn), is designed to show the city in the eyes of foreigners, including but not limited to the scenery, culture and daily life of citizens in Beijing, and reflect the city’s development in the new era.
I. Four points are mainly focused in the formulation of the Measures:

On the morning of April 1, Beijing’s first B&R-RCEP Innovation Service Center was officially established by Beijing CBD Management Committee and Beijing Chaoyang Customs.
